SSL encryption

SSL (Secure Socket Layer) encryption is a security layer that is active on our server in order to protect the access data of all our clients. In this way when accessing cPanel, Webmail or FTP your data; User and password are encrypted to be able to be decrypted only by the server. This is done because in some local, public and private computers spy programs are usually installed whose function is to take the access data when you enter them in a form and send them by email or save them in a text file for later use by hackers. and computer criminals.

"SSL encryption is required for access to this server.
Log in using SSL."

This message appears when accessing cPanel or Webmail and you must access the link "Log in using SSL" otherwise you will not be able to access the service. Because a "Digital Certificate" is required, which includes the identity of the domain that runs in https (not essential), in the case of not having it a message appears in the browser that indicates that the digital certificate was not found. so you must, depending on the browser you use; accept, add an exception, ignore the message, access anyway, etc ...

Other options are to always access through our main domain: "https://hosting.enchantservices.com/" which has a security certificate installed or to acquire an SSL security certificate for your domain which we can provide, Contact the Sales Department.

In the case of FTP access, you must use SFTP, which is Secure FTP access, the access data will always be the same.
