In the Services menu and then to the right in details of the service.

Then in the Manage Actions tab select Enhance / Degrade.

Select the type of service that has the type of payment:

1 month (no discount).
-
3 months -10%.
-
6 months -20%.
-
12 months -30%.
This discount is automatically applied to the reflected price for the selected payment type.
NOTE: If you select another plan with a capacity other than the one you have contracted, you would be upgrading or downgrading your current plan. In order to carry out these actions, you must not have pending invoices for the service you are modifying.
