To request the cancellation of a service, you can do it from your client area by following the steps below:

Enter your client area.

Go to "My Services" and press the button to the right of the service in question, this will take you to its details page.

Scroll down to the bottom of the page and press the "Request Cancellation" button.

You will be redirected to another page where you will be asked for details of why you are requesting the cancellation of the service and that you indicate the type of cancellation you want, it can be "Immediate" or at the "End of the hiring period". Select the desired option.

Press the "Request Cancellation" button.
Note: Remember that when making a request to cancel a service, the account will be removed from the server as well as the data it contains.
