Applies to clients who pay via bank transfer / deposit.
After having made the payment of your invoice at the Bank, you must inform us of it, otherwise there is no way for us to know that you are paying.
To do this, you must send a ticket to the Payment Registry at the following link: https://cliente.enchantservices.com/submitticket.php?step=2&deptid=3#, from your client area; the spreadsheet will ask for your payment details such as date, amount, bank and baucher or transaction number.
Once the payment has been informed, it will be received by the administrative department which works from Monday to Friday during office hours (8 to 12 and 2 to 6), outside those hours no payments are processed, do not insist.
The administrative department confirms the payment at the bank and pays it to the invoice within a period of 2 to 4 hours, after which it will appear reflected in your account and you can see it in the "My Invoices" section of the client area and You will receive an email notifying you if your invoice is paid.
The payment must be total because if it is not complete, the amount deposited will be credited to your invoice but it will not be paid until you complete the amount. If for any reason you deposit more than the amount of the invoice, this will remain as a credit in your favor in your account and you can use it for payment or future contracts.
You can also pay balance to your account with this method, you can pay any balance and register the deposit in the same way to have an amount in your favor in your account and thus be able to use it later.
Only after the payment has been processed will the services be activated in the case of new hires or reactivation of suspended services.
