The moderator / assistant account is the same account as DJs but without the "DJ Can Stream Music" option. Click the Create a DJ account link in the menu on the left. In this way, you can create Moderator / Assistant accounts by setting the DJ Can Stream Music permission to "no" and selecting other desired permissions. The moderator / assistant can log into the DJ Panel (2080) and use the given allowed functions such as radio start / stop or Auto DJ and some other on-air functions. They cannot stream music as the DJ Can Stream Music permission is set to no for this account type.
Be careful with permissions, you don't want someone to turn on / stop your radio in the middle of a show or scam your radio.
