As the "root" user when you create your customer accounts, you must configure your emails at account creation or from API calls. Emails are important for resetting passwords, so if your customer forgets their login password, the only way to recover it is to reset the password. This can be done in two ways:

If the customer has a contact email registered in SonicPanel, they can use the password reset link on the login page.

If the customer does not have an email registered in SonicPanel, only you can reset their login password from the root SonicPanel.
This is because passwords are no longer displayed anywhere in the SonicPanel, except for the first account or welcome email sent to the customer. For security reasons, passwords are not stored in the database or on the system. We use different techniques that allow us to provide% 100 secure login.
