Why is my email account not receiving emails?

Failure to receive emails can have its origin in multiple causes and before opening a technical support ticket, we recommend that you perform some tasks beforehand so that the solution can be given as soon as possible:

  1. Try sending an email to the account that has the problem.

  2. Log on to your Cpanel Account >> Home >> Email >> Email Routing, click on the appropriate setting for your account.

Select "Local" in the event that you will utilize the same cPanel hosting that you are setting up to send and get messages, and pick "Remote" in the event that you will utilize an outsider mail exchanger or on the off chance that you are hosting it with Gsuite, Microsoft and other email hosting administrations. Save it after your decision has been chosen.
  3. Wait a few minutes and check if the sent mail is bounced. If so, observe in detail the reason for the return:

  • "Mail box is full": This means that your email account or your hosting ran out of space. It is solved by eliminating the content of the different trays of said account or increasing the quota of the mail account or of the hosting.

  • If you receive another type of error or simply the email is not bounced, open a support ticket with the data of the email accounts (username and password) and specifying the error received. Our technical support department will assist you as soon as possible.
